NEW YORK, NY (March 10, 2026)— PLATFORM Golf, a leader in golf technology whose immersive, performance-driven products are helping to evolve instruction, practice and simulation, brought its TruePR driving range solution to this week’s GameAbove Golf Invitational, taking place at Rolling Hills Country Club in Rolling Hills Estates, California. Players experienced how the innovative full-swing hitting platform can enhance tournament preparation while also testing how well they know their yardages from uneven lies.
The tournament, which began Monday and concludes today, features a field that includes 10 of the NCAA’s top-100 women golfers and several top-ranked programs. Installed on the driving range ahead of tournament play, TruePR allowed players to warm up using a solution that replicates the uneven lies they face during the event. The system can create custom scenarios with up to 4% slope adjustments, right, left, forward and backward, mimicking challenging on-course conditions and decision making for more advanced practice.
Teams participating in the tournament took part in a “Know Your Number” challenge on Sunday during practice rounds, using TruePR at the driving range to test their ability to accurately judge yardages from uneven lies. Eastern Michigan’s Janae Leovao won the competition by hitting her shot to three inches from the pin and correctly guessing her exact carry number. UCLA’s Megan Royal finished a close second.
