Troon welcomes former Pulte Group/Del Webb executive to lead growing HOA management division

Scottsdale, Ariz. (July 21, 2026) – Troon®, the leader in providing golf and club-related leisure and hospitality services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Lauren Van Tussenbroek as Executive Vice President of Troon’s HOA Management division. In her new role, Van Tussenbroek will lead the company’s HOA management platform, supporting Troon’s continued expansion into amenitized community management and lifestyle services.

Van Tussenbroek brings more than a decade of experience in managing master-planned communities throughout the Southwest. Most recently, she served with Pulte Group/Del Webb, where she oversaw operations across 27 homeowner associations and played a key role in delivering high-quality resident experiences across a diverse portfolio.

“Adding a leader with Lauren’s experience will further strengthen our growing HOA Management division,” said Troon President and CEO Tim Schantz. “Her expertise in clubhouse operations, golf, food and beverage, along with strong capabilities in financial planning, reserve management, and long-term community sustainability are extraordinary and will be a resource for our HOA clients.”

Throughout her career, Van Tussenbroek has led amenity planning efforts and successfully guided developer-to-homeowner transitions, critical elements in the lifecycle of modern residential communities. She is highly skilled in creating community experiences that balance exceptional resident service, quality lifestyle, sustainable budgets and operational efficiency.

Van Tussenbroek is a graduate of Arizona State University, where she earned a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. She will be based in Troon’s Bradenton, Florida office.
