The PUD aims to identify a best‑in‑class partner capable of designing, financing, constructing, and operating a high‑quality, financially sustainable golf and club facility. This project offers a rare opportunity to shape a signature asset in one of Houston’s most desirable suburban districts—an area known for strong residential growth and demand for elevated recreational experiences. The District welcomes proposals demonstrating excellence in golf course development, club operations, and public‑private partnerships.

“We are very excited about the opportunity to work with a strong, reliable partner who wants to develop a top‑tier country club and golf course for our community,” said Travis Hardwick, PUD Director. “This project has the potential to become a defining feature of our District—one that brings people together and provides exceptional recreational value for decades to come.”
