"This milestone year allows us to celebrate not only how far Youth on Course has come over the past 20 years, but also the incredible community that has helped make our mission possible," says Ashley Offermann, Chief Development Officer of Youth on Course. "The 100 Hole Hike represents the very best of our organization. Every participant, donor, and partner plays a role in creating life-changing opportunities for young people through golf.”

The 2026 hike season will feature Youth on Course Ambassadors Roger Steele, Tisha Alyn, founder and CEO of Alyn Golf, Hally Leadbetter, co-founder of Better Co. and BUNCHIES, Bradford Wilson, golf personality and content creator, Mariah Swigart, host and golf content creator, and Nick Dimengo, founder and CEO of Rainmakers Golf Club and former instruction editor at GOLF Magazine. Together, they will help amplify awareness, drive participation and spotlight the mission at each hike location.

Participants will take on the challenge of completing 100 holes of golf in one day while raising donations to increase affordability and accessibility for youth interested in golf. Registered participants can select between several hike locations, with fundraising minimums beginning at $1,000."I'm honored to hike for the second year in a row supporting the incredible work Youth on Course is doing to grow the game," says Wilson. "Every step, every hole and every dollar raised helps more young people experience the opportunities golf can provide, and I'm proud to be part of it." BUNCHIES, the energy-rich golf snack brand co-founded by Youth on Course ambassador Hally Leadbetter, joins the 100 Hole Hike as an official event sponsor. BUNCHIES will provide hikers with clean, functional energy balls throughout the hike season.

"The 100 Hole Hike is such a fun and meaningful way to bring the golf community together for a great cause, and I'm thrilled to be part of it this year," says Leadbetter. "I'm especially excited that BUNCHIES is joining as an event sponsor to help fuel hikers throughout the season. I am thrilled to support a mission that gives young people the opportunity to experience the confidence, friendships and life lessons golf can provide."Since Youth on Course adopted the event in 2015, the 100 Hole Hike has grown into one of golf’s premier charitable fundraising initiatives. Every dollar raised supports subsidized rounds, college scholarships, internships, and career-building programs that empower the next generation both on and off the course.

In addition to national hike locations, supporters can participate through their local Allied Golf Association (AGA) program or organize their own hike at any golf course in the country, either by forming teams in multiples of four or taking on the individual challenge. Whether playing, donating to a hiker via the official leaderboard, or simply spreading the word, there are countless ways to get involved and help make golf more accessible. In 2025, over $2 million was raised through the 100 Hole Hike, enabling almost 300,000 subsidized rounds for Youth on Course members. Created by Jim Colton in 2011, the event has experienced exponential growth since Youth on Course adopted it in 2015, generating millions to expand access and create powerful pathways for young golfers.Today, Youth on Course serves over 400,000 members across more than 2,400 golf places to play in the U.S., Canada, and Australia. Members have logged over 6.5 million subsidized rounds of golf, and in 2025 alone:

  • Played 1.52 million rounds of golf, a 46% increase from 2024
  • Spent 4.6 million hours outside on the course
  • Walked 5.7 million miles on the course

Whether participating in a hike, making a donation or sharing the mission, the 2026 100 Hole Hike offers golfers and supporters everywhere the opportunity to help shape the next generation through golf. Learn more about additional ways to participate here.
