Each of the 18 tour-caliber green complexes within CityGolf USA’s Nashville facility have been expertly designed by the legendary Fazio Design Technologies team, all created with real sand traps and multiple cuts for a true chipping and putting experience. In the lead up to the grand opening, Celebrity Greens is bringing the roughly 100,000 square-foot project to life with an international team of top-tier installers they’ve assembled for the first build of its kind.
Beyond traditional complexities of a build this size, tight coordination with the simulator, structural, and finish trades all working within the same confined indoor space at the same time, as well as heavy foot traffic from golfers, creates a challenging level of precision and craftsmanship rarely attempted at this scale. CityGolf USA's first location, set to open in Winter 2026, occupies approximately 174,000 square feet at Prologis centrally located City View Building 6 in Nashville. CityGolf USA locations will operate on a semi-private model, offering public tee times along with a small selection of early access Founding Memberships. Following the launch of the Nashville location, CityGolf USA will open additional locations across the country.
