LPGA Tour announces 2027 schedule

Smarter routing to increase operational efficiency; New, iconic venues, including The Clearwater Bay Golf & Country Club, Nanea Golf Club and The Plantation Course at Kapalua Resort; Record-breaking prize fund surpassing $147 million

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (Oct. 7, 2026) – The LPGA Tour announced today the 2027 schedule featuring 33 events and a total prize fund of over $147 million. The world’s best female golfers will play on additional iconic golf courses and compete for a record-breaking prize fund, which has nearly doubled since the start of the decade.

“2026 has been a remarkable season on the LPGA Tour, and we’ve built on that momentum to shape an even stronger 2027 schedule,” said LPGA Commissioner Craig Kessler. “With the help of amazing partners, we’ve made meaningful strides in how our athletes move around the world, what venues they play and how much they play for.”

The 2027 season adds new events and world-renowned golf courses, bringing the world’s best female golfers to some of the game’s most well-known venues and creating new, exciting viewing experiences for fans. The calendar will include the Futu Ladies World Championship presented by Moomoo contested at The Clearwater Bay Golf & Country Club in Hong Kong and back-to-back weeks in Hawaii at the Nanea Cup hosted at Nanea Golf Club in Kailua-Kona and the LOTTE Championship at The Plantation Course at Kapalua Resort. The LPGA Tour will also return to Corning Country Club for the first time since 2009 with the return of The Classic and feature a $5 million purse.

Five majors return to the schedule with The Chevron Championship marking the start of major season at Memorial Park Golf Course in Houston, Texas, for the second time. The 2027 U.S. Women’s Open presented by Ally will be contested at Inverness Club in Toledo, Ohio, and the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship will take place at Congressional Country Club in Bethesda, Md. The Amundi Evian Championship will return to Evian Resort Golf Club in France. To close out major season, the AIG Women’s Open will take place at Royal St George’s Golf Club in Sandwich, England. While this is the first time they will host a women’s major, they have hosted The Open on 15 occasions previously.

The Hanwha PLUS International Crown returns to the United States next year and will be held at Lake Merced Golf Club in Daly City, Calif. The Australia team, comprised of Minjee Lee, Hannah Green, Grace Kim and Stephanie Kyriacou, won the 2025 edition held at New Korea Country Club in the Republic of Korea.

“Our schedule impacts every stakeholder, but our athletes remain at the heart of how we build it. Our progress is evident in how our athletes and the entire LPGA ecosystem will move around the world next year, creating more opportunities to rest, recover and ultimately operate more efficiently,” continued Kessler. “The venues we play at matter, and we're adding even more courses that fans will love and recognize. Our players have earned the chance to compete on these stages, and we encourage fans to tune in to watch them do it. The prize fund reflects the incredible collaboration and support of our partners, who keep recognizing the value of our players. We know our players and fans care about all three of these things, and we can't wait to keep making even more progress in the years ahead.”

Illustrating the global nature of the tour, in 2027, the LPGA Tour will travel to 11 different countries and Hong Kong and 13 states across the United States. There will be two multi-event swings in Asia – the first in the spring to Thailand, Singapore and Hong Kong and the second in the fall to People’s Republic of China, the Republic of Korea, Malaysia and Japan. One European swing will take place in the middle of the year, including The Amundi Evian Championship in France, the AIG Women’s Open and The Championship in the United Kingdom. The Tour will also host the CPKC Women’s Open in Ottawa, Canada and the Riviera Maya Open at Mayakoba in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.

With the help of the LPGA’s committed partners, athletes will compete for the highest prize fund in LPGA Tour history at more than $147 million. Non-major purses will total over $94 million for the 2027 season, an increase of nearly $12 million since the 2026 schedule release. The Classic leads as the highest non-major, non-CME Group Tour Championship purse at $5 million with the JM Eagle LA Championship presented by Plastpro and FM Championship following closely behind at $4.75 million and $4.7 million respectively. Ten events are expected to have a minimum payout to all athletes competing in the field, and nearly 20 tournaments will offer an enhanced player experience with benefits of a hotel, flight and/or transportation.
