Landscapes Golf Management: Selected to provide advisory services to the Golf Club of Avon in Avon, Connecticut, and Lake Quivira Country Club in Lake Quivira, Kansas. Leveraging Landscapes' best management practices, the pair of upscale private clubs will benefit from select services across marketing, sales, financial management, golf operations, food and beverage, merchandising, staffing and training, agronomy, and vertical and horizontal construction.
Southworth: Unveils plans for a significant resort expansion to The Village at Machrihanish Dunes in Argyll, Scotland, and is actively vetting hospitality investors and operators regarding potential partnerships. The resort features Machrihanish Dunes, a David McLay Kidd-designed links course, and the expansion project will add a seaside links course adjacent to the existing course. Along with the new course, other plans call for an expansive golf training facility and practice facility, 73 additional hotel rooms and 50 golf cottages.
Nippon Shaft: Matt Wallace won the European Tour’s Omega European Masters using N.S. Pro Modus3 Tour 120x steel shafts in his irons and wedges, while Kensei Hirata won the tri-sanctioned Shinhan Donghae Open using N.S. Pro Modus3 Prototype steel shafts in his irons.
