The Players Championship field features eight PGA Tour rookies — Frankie Capan III, Will Chandler, Rasmus Hojgaard, Aldrich Potgieter, Isaiah Salinda, Jackson Suber, Jesper Svensson and Karl Vilips. The PGA TOUR rookie with the highest finish at The Players is David Lingmerth (T2 / 2013). Fulton Allem (T3 / 1998) and Camilo Villegas (T3 / 2006) are the only others to finish inside the top five.

Firefly: Construction is underway on the 18-hole championship course and a 9-hole short course as part of a 700-plus acre luxury golf and residential community in Spring Hill, Tennessee. Both courses are designed by architect Andrew Green and are slated for completion at the end of 2025. ...
