This week's Zurich Classic of New Orleans is unique because of its format — two rounds of four-ball and two rounds of foursomes. That means the field will buddy up in some interesting ways. For example, eight teams are made up of players that attended the same college. Six are made up of players in the Official World Golf Ranking top 50. But there is only one team made up of major champions — John Daly and David Duval. The British Open champs are an average of 54.25 years old — the field's oldest combo by nearly three years and almost 31 years older than the field's youngest team of Harry Hall and Akshay Bhatia.

The First Call: What is your favorite instructional tip to share with a golfer?
John Dipollina: Work on the short game all the time. You want to be the type of golfer who gets better as you get closer to the hole. If you have a tidy short game then you can always score. Hitting the driver well doesn't always equate to lower scores, great short games always do.
TFC: What advice do you have for someone considering a career in golf?
JD: There will not be one day in your career where you wake up in the morning and despise the fact that you are on your way to work. Working in golf is a challenge, but something I look forward to each and every morning.
LPGA: Announces an expansive partnership with Legends, a data-intelligence-fueled company, to drive fan engagement and growth. Legends Golf, a division of Legends, will oversee e-commerce, licensing and select on-site event retail, in addition to working with the LPGA to develop and produce product lines and expand merchandise offerings on the LPGA e-commerce shop.
PGA Tour: Announces a four-year partnership with Bushmills Irish Whiskey, which has been named the official whiskey of PGA Tour and PGA Tour Champions. Bushmills will launch a new national retail suite, full-service digital campaign, branded onsite activations and consumer sweepstakes. The Tour also extends its agreement with parent company Proximo Spirits to make Maestro Dobel Tequila the Tour's official tequila partner through 2026.
