Who is your favorite golfer? Freddy Couples or Tiger Woods.
What is your most memorable round of golf? It would have to be when I surprised my father-in-law for his 80th birthday and we played Riviera Country Club in L.A. with Robby Krieger from "The Doors." A day and a round that we both will never forget.

The First Call: What made you want to pursue a career in golf?
Ryan Mahoney: My passion for helping people and realizing golf can be my outlet.
TFC: What is your favorite instructional tip to share with a golfer?
RM: Have my students work on their grip. It's the most important pre-swing fundamental.
TFC: When you look at your career, in what area(s) do you believe you have evolved for the better?
RM: My communication skills and customer service. My ability to go above and beyond what is asked of me on a daily basis.
TFC: How does being a PGA Professional add value to your brand?
RM: It shows my commitment to my craft and my willingness to continue to grow and involve with the industry. That way I can provide the best experience to every guest, student and member at our facility.
