Tom Cox initially viewed the GolfBalls.com website he co-founded as "a fun side-hustle." Not until the site began gaining customer traction in the second year did Cox realize there was more to the venture. So much so that he left his career in the country club industry to devote his energy as CEO of the growing golf ball business.
