The design incorporates traditional Scottish elements. Most notably, a likeness of a lion rampant, a historic symbol in the region. The tournament’s traditional championship blue engulfs the background of the shoe, paying homage to the storied birthplace of the game.
Champions Tour winners Daly & Calcavecchia, and PGA Tour winner Sepp Straka, will all be wearing SQAIRZ and participating in the 150th Open Championship at St. Andrews this week.
