John Newman | Beaufort, SC
Major wins and overall wins — plus match-play victories when appropriate. Period.
—————
Wayne Smith | Georgetown, TX
Once the end-of-season points leader is determined and payouts are made, we should move to a playoff structure where the top 70 is cut to the top 50, and then to the top 30. Everyone should start the playoffs from zero — you're either in or you're out. Keep it simple.

Sean Toohey | River Forest, IL
The primary factors should be total victories in majors and signature events, along with the total number of weeks held at No. 1 in the Official World Golf Ranking during the calendar year.
—————
Tom Powers | Bradenton, FL
It should be weighted by three key factors:
- 50%: A minimum of two quality wins.
- 25%: The quality of their personal life and character.
- 25%: Time and monetary donations dedicated to youth golf training.
The winner should be someone who has given more back to the game than they took.
—————
Jim Hunsche | Harrison, OH
The total number of victories achieved throughout the year.
—————
Tom Cave | Glencoe, MN
Simply the total number of tournaments won.
—————
Robert Miller | Tega Cay, SC
Total money earned during the calendar year.
—————
Will Brewer | Franklin, TN
Total wins, scoring average in identical events, and the player must finish inside the top three point earners for the season.
