NGCOA CEO and "Golf Business Live" host Jay Karen catches up with Mike Hendrix, the host of "Tech Caddie Podcast" and founder of smbGOLF, at the Golf Inc. Summit 2026 in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, for an on-location tech check-in on what’s changing, what’s overhyped and where AI is actually starting to make a difference for golf operators. Hendrix also shares what trends he's watching next — and offers a candid challenge for golf course owners who may still be sitting on the sidelines when it comes to emerging technology.
