Of the 409 respondents to The First Call | Extra poll question "Who has been the PGA Tour's most effective commissioner?", 56% chose Deane Beman, followed by Tim Finchem (29%), Jay Monahan (5%) and Joe Dey (4%). Six percent of the respondents believe none have been an effective commissioner.
