This week's U.S. Open will be Pinehurst No. 2's fourth time hosting the championship — Payne Stewart won in 1999, followed by Michael Campbell in 2005 and Martin Kaymer in 2014. Three players who competed in the 1999 U.S. Open are in this week's field — Matt Kuchar, Phil Mickelson and Tiger Woods; while there are five players from 2005 and 27 from 2014. Only Kuchar and Mickelson have played in all three U.S. Opens previously played at No. 2.

QUESTION OF THE WEEK
