As the pandemic gets further in the rearview mirror, it would seem natural that more golfers are traveling. And recent data from the National Golf Foundation bolsters that point. A late June polling of U.S. golf resort and destination properties showed advanced bookings were up 5-7% over 2022 — when advanced bookings were outpacing 2021 by 12% for the same period. Also, online search popularity for golf travel bags is at a level 30% ahead of pre-pandemic totals.
