Century Golf Partners is the partnership’s managing partner and the club will be managed under its Arnold Palmer Golf Management brand. Century Golf owns and / or operates approximately 50 courses throughout the U.S., while HKI America and its affiliates currently own 26 golf courses along with distributorships for Baroness turf maintenance equipment and Yamaha golf carts.

ROUNDS AND WEATHER

> Rounds played finished this past week down 25% vs. 2021, due to heavy rain in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and Central Valley regions. The Northeast region had the largest decrease in total rounds at -77% vs. prior year due to the weather impacts.

> Pacing over the next seven days is expected to be greatest in the California region, projecting to finish up 68% vs. prior year as weather is expected to be clear for five out of seven days.

> The Central Valley region is forecasted to have the worst performance over the next seven days, projecting to finish down 83% as temperatures are expected to be in the 30s for much of the region. Weekday golfers as a percentage of total golf business fell under 60% for the first time in a month.
