FIRST THOUGHT

Tiger Woods is the PGA Tour's only member of the $100 Million Club, having earned $120,895,206. Then, according to Golfweek, there are 12 other members in the $50 Million Club, the most recent additions being Jordan Spieth, Justin Thomas and Jason Day. Ernie Els, 53, is 14th in all-time money won and sits just $660,600 away from entry. The most likely to reach the plateau next, though, would be Webb Simpson, 37, who sits 19th at about $5.8 million away or Rickie Fowler, 34, in 21st and $7.7 million shy.
