FIRST THOUGHT

If you're going to have a break out season, it's always nice to toss a major into the mix. Lilia Vu, 25, winless in her first two LPGA Tour seasons, won the Chevron Championship on Sunday and became the first LPGA player to win twice during the 2023 season. Also, Vu became the 21st different player to make the Chevron Championship their first major.
