FIRST THOUGHT

This summer, Camilo Villegas, 41, took a seat in the broadcast booth, seeing if it would be an avenue he might like to travel down once his playing days are over. If becoming an analyst is indeed in his cards, then he may want to put the idea on the back burner. At the PGA Tour's Butterfield Bermuda Championship, Villegas showed he still has game, posting four rounds of 67 or better — including successive 65s on Saturday and Sunday — to win. The victory was Villegas' first since the 2014 Wyndham Championship, snapping a winless drought of nine years, two months, 26 days.
