Titleist | Pinehurst Resort & Country Club: Open the Titleist Shop at Pinehurst, an immersive fitting and retail experience located near Pinehurst No. 2’s 18th green. Titleist’s first U.S. retail destination offers extensive golf ball and clubfitting capabilities along with a wide range of Titleist products and shop-exclusive offerings. 

Makefield Putters: Named presenting sponsor of the new podcast "Be The Right Club Today," co-hosted by 1983 PGA Championship winner Hal Sutton and Mark Greenhalgh. The podcast's first episode is available now for download on Spotify and Apple podcasts. 

Uneekor: To open its new global innovation center in Dallas, Texas, Sept. 23. The new facility will focus on accelerating innovative product development, software engineering, AI-driven performance tools and advanced quality testing. Also, the facillity will power advances in the company’s recent breakthroughs, including its lineup of overhead launch monitors and recently launched software-driven golf platforms, GameDay and AI Trainer.

LIV Golf: Announces HSBC as the title sponsor for LIV Golf Hong Kong, which will return to Hong Kong Golf Club, March 6-8, 2026. This agreement makes HSBC LIV Golf Hong Kong the first title-sponsored tournament in league history, marking a significant milestone since LIV Golf launched as the Invitational Series in 2022 and transitioned to a full-season League in 2023.

COURSES

Farm Neck Golf Club: Reopens the Oak Bluffs, Massachusetts, course after an extensive renovation from architect Mark Mungeam. The course architect has been consulting to Farm Neck, a semi-private club that opened in 1976, for more than 20 years and refashioned all 18 greens in 2012-13. 

PEOPLE

Golf.AI: Names Nick Faldo as the official voice of its new AI Tee Times golf booking platform. The platform will allow golfers to instantly book a round of golf at public and resort courses from one centralized location via a simple voice call, WhatsApp, SMS or the Golf.AI website or mobile app. Also, Faldo, a six-time major champion, will serve as a brand ambassador for AI Tee Times.

Country Club of North Carolina: Names Eric Taino, 50, a retired Association of Tennis Professionals Tour player who earned All-America honors three times at UCLA, as its director of racquets. He will be responsible for all activities and programs for members of the club who play tennis and pickleball. Taino succeeds Al Van Vliet, CCNC’s longtime racquets professional, who is moving full-time into his role as director of wellness.

PHILANTHROPY

New Jersey Golf Foundation: Nineteenth NJGF Golf Classic, held Aug. 18 at Baltusrol Golf Club, raised a record-setting $325,000 to support golf programming for youth, military veterans and individuals with special needs. The NJGF is the charitable arm of the New Jersey Section, PGA of America. Also, Dave West received the 2025 Chairman’s Award, which is given annually to an individual who works behind the scenes to support NJGF programs and initiatives.
